In September 2016, SUDFLUOR inaugurated its new production site, with more than 150m2 available, within the industrial platform of Salindres, in the Gard.
SUDFLUOR's mission is to design, develop and implement new solutions for the industry through fluorination techniques and the development of fluorinated products. A local player, within the REACH regulatory space, we meet the needs of European industrial sectors in terms of quality, performance and innovation.
With R&D know-how strongly anchored in SUDFLUOR's DNA, the company's internal research projects are part of a Cleantech-oriented approach, with the objective of developing technologies that respect people and the environment.
SUDFLUOR is an expert in direct fluorination techniques using molecular fluorine or difluor (F2) and its derivatives. Our expertise covers the synthesis of high purity specialty fluorinated products and the surface treatment of materials.
SUDFLUOR is located on the Salindres chemical platform and thus benefits from all the industrial infrastructure necessary for its specific activity and its long-term development.
The Salindres chemical platform brings together the companies Rhodia Opérations (a subsidiary of Solvay) and Axens (a subsidiary of the Institut Français du Pétrole) and the Chemistry Economic Interest Group. The latter supplies the companies established on the site with energy, treats the liquid effluents from the chemical platform and manages general services. The chemical platform is an installation classified according to the European SEVESO management, high threshold.
