About FluorosafeTM

FluorosafeTM is an inorganic compound which is in the form of a chemically inert white crystalline material. Its composition has been specifically developped to be used with our dedicated laboratory equipment, the Green Tiger Discovery, making it possible to generate on site a gas with the same reactivity as pure fluorine F2.

With zero Global Warming Potential (GWP), our FluorosafeTM is an eco-responsible alternative to the SF6 and NF3 GHGs widely used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Due to its solid form and low toxicity (simply irritating), it overcomes regulatory constraints related to the storage and transport of hazardous materials, unlike F2 marketed in pressurized bottles.
